Tabitha Pierre
Tabitha Pierre, MBA, is the Senior Program Administrator Supervisor. She provides high-level executive support to the Vice Chancellor of Access and Community Engagement by managing confidential communications, preparing executive briefings, overseeing complex schedules, and ensuring timely documentation and follow-up for high-impact engagements. She supervises the Senior Program Coordinator who manages the administrative operations of Lucy Stone Hall, ensuring strong alignment with divisional standards and priorities. In partnership with leadership, she advances division-wide priorities by coordinating logistics for major initiatives, tracking deliverables, and developing clear analytic and communication materials that highlight progress and impact across Rutgers–New Brunswick.
Ms. Pierre has developed deep expertise in executive administration, strategic coordination, and operational planning. She is distinguished by her operational insight, collaborative approach, ability to navigate organizational change and execute high-stakes priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Before joining Rutgers, she served as a Judge’s Secretary in the Essex County Superior Court of New Jersey, where she developed deep expertise in confidentiality, discretion, and executive-level support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University, reflecting her commitment to strengthening administrative systems, fostering cross-unit partnerships, and advancing organizational effectiveness.
