Isabelle Tavarez-Lauredent (she/they) is the Pre-College Outreach Program Coordinator. Isabelle is a Jersey native and enjoys crafting, camping, and baking. They earned their Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Education and Latino & Caribbean Studies from Rutgers University - New Brunswick and Ed.M in Learning, Cognition and Development from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
Isabelle's career has been centered around crisis work and student advocacy, from being an EMT to a behavioral therapist and serving on the CARE Team at Rutgers University - Newark for many years. Isabelle is excited to continue working towards supporting our students together through the division and the partnerships they will create!
